JPFA was set up in the April of 1996, by the suggestion of Mr. Kawabuchi (the former J League chairman) to enable players to discuss, speak and make decisions. Now, as one Organization, about 1000 J league players work together for the further progress. We always thank you for your kind support.
We present three main philosophies.
One: Promotion and popularization
Our aim is to increase the number of soccer fans and our supporters. Through many activities like soccer schools or this website, we wish you can feel the excitement and fun of football.
Two: Contribution to the Society
As a member of society, and the professional players as well, we host charities and voluntary activities to contribute to the society, and our supporters.
Three: Improvement of the working conditions of the players
To keep giving children dreams through the sport, we are trying to improve the working conditions of J Leaguers. By providing the benefits and other supports, we hope to resolve the problems and major concerns of players.
